Work = Stability of Life/Perception of Society ?

Salam et bonjour,

Heh, finally I have appeared in the blogging world again. Yes, popping in and out all the time. The only time I could blog or having the 'food-porn moment' is before 0900 or after 1700. But, usually, after 1700, I would lost my internet life to my real life which I have been longing for. Settling down at my home. That reminds me that I haven’t touched my brushes. Even my tumblr haven’t been updated. This made me an urge to at least to write something. Just to motivate myself, somehow. Maybe from this day forward, I will add in some of my OWN personal opinions on life as well as some off entertainment+other stuff reviews in my blog. Well, it depends on my writing mood. :)

So after my last post, i have been busy,working. Harhar. It sound so funny to even type, yet to verbally say it. Kind of crazy. I have landed myself at the company that i interned, and got the job there as 'Octopus', *my term of saying multi-tasking*. At the at the same time,I gotten myself an official certificate of Fiber Optic and Mobile Communication, and i have my own NIOSH card *so that i can become a more efficient ninja*. When people asked me about working life, 'GOOD and the BEST I have experienced!' which is an honest opinion. But there were some questions that i think i would ignore if there is an ignore button; 'Have you started shopping for a car?', 'Is it a small company?' 'How much is the salary?' Those questions usually comes after 'Oh, how many years to go *to graduate*' and before 'Oh, have you gotten yourself a boyfriend?' or 'So, when's D-DAY?'. But, the ULTIMATE question i got from a disclosed name; 'Can i know your salary so that i can send my resume to the company?' This comes to a point that i said to him 'Dude, i don't even ask my boss how much he will pay me, and no, this company is not my uncles to know how much i will make as a n00b' *someone said that the place im working belongs to my uncle. =.=" which is not true * And that person stopped trolling EVER again. Maybe i'm just being ignorant to say that but, as far as i have observed from people's conversation, people don't tell their real salary to other people. It is kind of salary. I don't ask my friends nor my family how much they make. I remembered one of my closed friends stated 'with great amount of salary comes with greater amount of workloads' so from there, i understood pretty much. And the conversation ended there.

So, here are some of my opinion of WORK, my style of thinking: ~

1) Small tasks, big tasks, MEH!~
Like i said in the beginning, i'm the octopus. I am thankful that my elder sister taught me A LOT of things before. Guessing that the unfortunate events led to greater experiences & opportunities. Here i got to do different kinds of work and learn new things every single day. So my rule of thumb, i do not choose tasks, all tasks are important either small or big. Doesn't mean that if i have a degree in ID, all i need to do ID + graphical stuff, or Fiberoptic stuff. There are other smaller things like going to the bank and, dealing with taxes, preparing tenders and even buying food, even counts.*It's what you learn counts*

2) Don't underestimate the power of small company!
Yes, i'm working at a small company. People might think small companies are not famous, and MAYBE they're just doing nothing. In order to go big, one must start somewhere, right? I think working in a small company is FAR better since intimacy yet communication among staff is better. Not to mention, navigating work is easier, since everyone can do everything except for ACCOUNTING. Thus, small companies have the tendency of experimenting so that one can discover the company's potential. However, this company has gotten a good clean record that i salute that one time, i went to bid a place for some electrical work in town, when we introduced where we were from, people went 'Ooohhh' and i could hear some chatters when we were seated. From there i could see that the company has been known among the small community one of influential

3) $$$ is not always the real deal!
This comes back to the first one. Maybe i'm being skeptical to others since i don't really think about how much i make as long as i have some in my account. I am thankful enough for what the company has provided to me. A working space, with awesome-internet-to-be access, 8.30am-5.00pm, and after 5 of total relaxation of going 'nge-teh'(tea session) with friends & family, paying the bills or hiking at Pelindong, or cruise near the beach or just laze around at home reading books or finishing artwork. The ULTIMATE life that i think i long for when i was studying. However, for designers, we/they work around the clock and that explains the sketchbook in the bag. *I don't really understand the concept of mental-block* So, when i said i have the best time of my life, trust me. I am having fun, though some can't stand the fixed schedule. I think i can live with that for now.

Maybe, i take my life too easy that it sound ssooo surreal. Well, i chose that path to appreciate things around me & love what i want to do for the time being. Being trapped in the social perception has been a fear for me ever since i've been born. People expect you to study in primary, secondary school, then study like hell in uni, have a boyfriend afterwards look for work, then get married and have kids. That's the chain & pressure of life that most people i know stop having REAL fun. I got scared for not getting a job loonngg before and the only person jobless since most of my friends have started working right after graduating. Well, work = stability of life.Correct, no?

However, I'm one of those people trying to break the chain, living a life and not minding boyfriend-less. That's my own way of thinking. How about your perception of your current working life?

So, for now, i bid farewell.
:)

I'm intrigued by the new interface of Blogger. Super clean and friendly.
And, the music from my headphone transports me Kinokuniya kind-of-feel.
:)
And i am jealous of Cyberjaya residents for having a drive-thru Starbucks!!!

Franz Kline Is My New Hero

Salam et bonjour,

Another normal week here in my side.

Coming up with numerous projects nowadays.
And my sister revealed about my late dad's friend that i only have a memory of him since i was a kid as the lemang man. Every raya's eve, my late dad would give the same command 'Pergi ambik lemang kat rumah Cikgu Latip' that i would accompany my brother to Cikgu Latip's house for the lemang every year until 3 or 4 years after my dad passed away. It turned out that
this guy had a degree in fine arts back in the 60s or 70s which was a surprise. I chuckled but my sister said that she saw the proof that the guy had his final year project painting photo placed in his wallet and to be said as his pride until today that no one knows until last Sunday. And then he dropped the 'bomb' that i myself couldn't answer specifically;"What is her niche?" And if i was inside the conversation*they met in Kuantan in the middle of morning market*, i would answer 'i can't decide yet that i'm still 'soul-searching' in following the right niche'. And the next thing i know, i had an appointment with him next month and need to finish at least five canvases to convince him or anyone else. And as 9gag always says, 'Challenge accepted'. It seems now my life revolves around 9gag. Hahahaha! So much the sound of a nerdy here.

So for today i'm doing reviews of series that i am currently watching.

Start off with junior masterchef season 2. Got to watch it back-to-back.Hehehe.
Seriously, i always ask myself 'what the hell did i do when i was in my childhood years?' in every single episode. And i can see that the kid from Junior Masterchef would answer back slowly with straight face,'Yeah, your childhood must be sucked.'=.=" Cooking chilli crab, said by a 10 year old boy. Rolling pavlova rolls by age of 9 by a young girl. And another girl said doing a full home cooked meal for the whole family by the age of 11. And i said to myself these kids are awesome enough that i think that we are the generation of EPIC FAIL to remember our childhood days playing with slides and shouting and screaming at toys-r-us for not getting Barbie or the inflatable swimming pool. While these kids would whine and and cry if they are in supermarket of not getting the right veggie to cook or in IKEA raging for the right pan to replace the old ones. =.=" For sure these kids are as awesome as last seasons but this time around, everyone has the potential to win has the consistency and competitiveness in scoring. So, for all the ladies during your pregnancy months, get yourself busy cooking to be delivering another Junior Masterchef. Hehehe.

Then i watched New Girl.
I finished the whole 9 episodes for the first season and it was hilarious comedy of the year(2011). How can you not resist watching a quirky girl living with three dudes in an apartment?I think i really like Jess's character *the PUSHING DAISY GIRL* and wishing that she ends up with Nick who is her housemate and who cannot get over his ex, Caroline. I think if i ask Jess if she believes the existence of leprechauns and unicorns, she would answer it without doubt,a definite yes. But, then, a guy name Paul * people knows him as the MAC GUY AD*, Jess's colleague at school who is a carbon copy of her except Paul is a dude. I believe that they believe to be meant forever. =.=" While Schmidt is another Jewish dude that lives in the same house with Jess,Nick and Winston that he is being called as the douche who always hits on girls with cheesy pick-up lines. To accompany him all the time, there is the douche jar that everytime he says something worth being called douch-y, he needs to put a dollar to redeem himself. There's Winston who was a basketball player that played in Latvia and experienced working at a normal company becoming a mailman in the office. However, he has the skills of picking up anything new pretty fast that there's the episode he teaches a bunch of kids of Jess how to play 'Eye of the Tiger' via bells. He made playing with bells look cooler. But, it was pretty hilarious from one episode to another with the fight that is kind of childish such as 'claiming back the hair conditioner by squeezing the hair back' and the 'dirty dancing song being sing in the high-end restaurant'.I'm looking forward on continuing to watch this sitcom because i rarely watch sitcoms, and a bit off-track from what i usually watch;sci-fi*except terra nova*, thriller*still can't accept Dexter*, or reality shows *not the real houswives or jersey shore*.

About the title...Franz Kline...
He's an abstract expressionist and his close buddy is Jason Pollock.
He decided to take away the conventional medium and substituted it with house paint which i find it to be brilliant and his colour choices are restricted to black and white only which is kind of cool *not many can pull off paintings brilliantly. He can show forms by playing both colours and brush strokes. But the main thing i like about him is the layerings. He only layered his paintings to get the depth*once, my sister struggled to explain to me the meaning of depth. XD* that he wanted without mixing colours like other artists and worrying about fine lines and my favourite piece of his is Chief. However, to achieve his way of painting is not as quick as people thought of as he took it reeaally long time and critical thinking to express the subject. The subjects that he usually portrayed in his paintings are things inside his studio for example, his arm chairs and even the yellow pages phone books.

So, ok, i'm going to go now.
See you in the next post.
:)

The 'Walkers' 'Fate' ?

Tuesday, November 22, 2011

Salam et bonjour,

One word for now.
Surviving!
Hehehehe....
But, i managed to find time to do my art stuff.
I have started tumblr - ing to stash all my artsy-fartsy junk.

So, last two nights i have watched 'The Adjustment Bureau'.
I was glad that i did not watch it in the cinema.
It was a bit flat that until the end, it does not have adventure that exhilarate you when watching.
The story is about 'fate' and 'coincidences' of our lives being controlled by this group called the
'Adjustment Bureau' that keep track of David Norris, the upcoming young politician of New York City to NOT meet of Elise, the future renowned ballerina that they first met in a toilet before David was about to give a speech. The group controlled what they do, that their future were held by the group. Each person has it's book
*i guess it was sponsored by Moleskin*
and in the book you could see the journey of 'fate'. For three years
after their first meet-up, they met again. Which David decided to
follow the head Adjustment Bureau suggestion in order to
be a successful politician in the near future. But,
he decided to change the 'fate' and go against it with the help of
Harry to change the fate and meet with Elise before she got
married to her ex. Instead of traditional way of catching the taxi and
going to the court where Elise was about to get married, he ran
through doors until he found the right door to the court.
The best part is that the bureau weakness is the rain and fortunately,
during the chase, it was raining heavily.
They have changed the real fate of theirs *FINALLY* that Harry have gotten the permission by
the head chairman of the bureau *which i assume it was God*, and they lived
happily ever after.

To compare with 'The Walking Dead'.
Yay, the walkers are back but gruesome as ever.
However, i decided to watch it HD version through the cable network since i have
limited internet access to download it or to watch it via online streaming.
This season, humanity is more to be seen than the season before which killing the walkers
are more important. New characters are being introduced.
New area they have went, kid has gone missing, kid has been shot,a dude has become a walker, somebody experienced new love, and
somebody has gotten pregnant with the wrong
person as the dad.
So, far the storyline never fail to excite,
but one thing that is slacking of when i watched the movie is that
there were to many scenes have been cut out which was a disappointment.
The part which the walkers were about to attack and a person killed them has been cut out,
even the part which the person being eaten by the walkers have been cut out.
I think that those elements were the essentials.
But, i guess it was too gruesome for Malaysians.
It is still on going and it is on the channel Star Movies HD (#433) every Friday nights.

*walker = zombie*

So, ok.
I'm out.
For now.

KUDOS!
I am impressed that Malaysia won gold far
than they have targeted for
this SEA Games.

Re-creating History

Tuesday, March 22, 2011

Salam et bonjour,
It's been raining lately.
How was your weekend lately?
I know that mine was splendid.
I had a lot of fun with my elder sister, though i was in midst of sickness.
It's been awhile that both of us became the two tourists that are clueless with
the public transports that we had to ask everyone at the counter.
A person assumed that both of us are Malaysians that haven't gone back
to Malaysia that both of us described the destination that we wanted to go to him
sounded very peculiar to him and we were speaking a total alien foreign language.
But, we survived.
We had a few mishaps of going to the wrong platforms, chasing after the late train,
running to the entrance of the cinema just to get to see the only movie slot that is
early for us and making the locals laugh for our 'idiotic' jokes.
It was funny that i would survive in such condition since i was heavily having flu
that i could not smell and taste anything and cough like my throat was about to get
barfed with blood and the throat, esophagus, and lungs were about to spit out of my mouth like zombies.
Flu and cough are in season now.
So, it seems that everyone is having those.

Anyways,
I went to the movie Merong Mahawangsa.
I can say that i do not have any complaint.
Seriously.
They really did research on everything and the 3d was awesome.
While the subtitles are far better than the one done by the cinema.
My sister called Merong guy as a sudden-buffed-on-steroid-guy that i find it
his buff-ness were all over the screen. *Reminded me of Jacob =.="*
Craig Fong acted as the admiral of China who is incharge of the princess to be wedded to the
Chinese Emperor's daughter.
It's been awhile to see him act and he looked so old.
He was one of the best actor that i really like.
It all started with Spinning Gasing. :P
He's been off from the entertainment scene for awhile it seems.

Then i went to the Somewhat Different : An Exhibition of European Product Design in Petronas Gallery.
I think it was my first product design exhibition. But, sadly, we could not experienced
how does it feel of the product. in order to know the product,
one must know how the texture feels and functions -"explore using all senses".
There were some of the products that i found it to be familiar that i saw at some of the
design websites.
There were also different types of furniture that i saw.
There was this table that i have dreamt of owning it. It is a combination of bookshelf and office table in white colour. When it comes to European design, especially that comes from
Copenhagen, the price would be really pricy as Copenhagen is be known as the birth of modern design. I watched a television programme in TLC, that this guy would hunt for beautiful
design. I watched the episode that covered the Copenhagen desgin stores. The elements of design is totally top-notch that we could not see any of the designs in any normal stores.
Being in the birth of European design would be a huge opportunity to be explored once one is in europe. For me, it would be a MUST go place before i die, can i?

Yesterday,
I have met a long time friend.
It was a rather pleasant surprise to know that the person
is still breathing and living well.
It was a first time meeting after a year of coincidences that i would say "shit!" everytime i
saw this person. We met and we talked for about 5 minutes or so
to say 'hi'.
I found out that this person is doing fine in life.
In fact better than mine that this person looks good.
I wanted to ask more as now we have a little similarity.
This person recently as a rocking boat that i hoped that this person would not take the matter
quite badly as i know who this person is.
I wanted to be talking as normal as it could be like last time.
There were some talks of the town that i heard.
There were a lot of doubts, but i guess i did not dare.
That is just the usual me. Being plain old me.
We just parted with smiles and we moved on.

The fact that i still miss this person as a friend
that we used to be.
The person reminded me back that it is a reminder that i need .
But, there is this one question that i really wanted to ask,
why did this person approached first and existed in those days
while the others could not care less?
Therefore, it was cool enough to be with this person for a moment
back then.
It changed my point of view to a new way since then.
Thank you.
:)

Ok i need to go.
Catching the Z's.

Still counting the days.
Something big's coming up.
:P

Endings are Always Suck

Tuesday, February 15, 2011

Salam et bonjour,
Hallo.
It's trimester break here.
No class but still a hell lot of work to do.
Currently online through my sister's laptop.
=.="
It's kind of restricted since two persons would
always want to use the laptop at the same time.

Found this fellow illustrator through notcot.
His illustrations are some sort of encouraging but in a sarcasm way.
How would i not love his work.
Like usual once i got back to my hometown, my home becomes the playground.
Lots of things to be done after almost 3-4 months being away.
Had fun went to the morning market, accompanied my mum for brisk walking
at the park, and the best part of all, sleeping on my own bed.
Hehehehehe.

Anyway,
Today, i have watched a second round of a Malay drama called
"La Ikra Ha Fiddin" (voluntary in choosing your religion)
starring Zach XFactor and Sharifah Amani.
The storyline should be serious since it focuses in understanding about Islam,
acceptance and concept of humanity of living under one roof
as well as being relevant and logical in particular situations.
However, due to EXTREME actings, it makes the drama to be less serious and more
of a joke.
Well, the jokes go to Zach with his dramatic actings.
I apologize to his fans but seriously, i am SO NOT into his actings.
He cries and he cries alot. You know when some people cry really hard that his or her nose would be full of mucus. That is why humankind create cloth to wipe them all and i guess at the moment, Zach does not carry any some sort of thing that could wipe his mucus and let it run together with his tears which i find it totally gross. There are scenes he acts like he is one of the
Lord of The Rings actor showing to his spouse his 'land' with his wide open arm showing proudly, then he speaks to Amani in whispering voice that similar to Gollum talks about his precious.
If i were Amani, i would be "hello, can you increase your voice since i have hearing problems, and please stop weeping because i don't understand what the hell your talking about while you're crying like a kid? Thanks." with two thumbs up.
Not to mention his overreaction when he found out about Amani's sickness, he rushes to
the open door like being chased after a blood sucking zombie.
At the end, he let himself being killed at the edge of a hill by an ustaz that is
SO CLOSE-MINDED. The ustaz kicked his[Zach's] butt twice in order to make Zach fall down the hill. That ustaz was pretty determined just to push him down and ensures that he pushed Zach right by looking down if Zach falls down correctly. Before that, a scene on the hill, Zach screams *was he impersonating Jacob or Edward from Twilight?* to show his frustration and then the ustaz appears out of nowhere.

I couldn't stop laughing even though i watched it twice.
If somebody thinks that drama is a killer drama, i apologize because i think
it is an EPIC FAIL.
XD
Now, I am looking forward to watch 'HAQ' a malay movie.
It's about two sons fighting over something. I know that both siblings have special powers.
I want to watch the movie since people are giving
good reviews about the CGI as well as the storyline. Based on the review,
it might be a trilogy movie. I hope that it can keep the promise with less controversies and dramas.
*Who says I don't watch malay drama or movies? Just give me some of the quality ones and i'll be satisfied*
Oh, that reminded me that i have watched 'Aku Masih Dara'(I am Still A Virign).
That one should be watched in the television which you wait when raya comes or this time of the year or during maal hijrah, for sure it will be screened on ASTRO or TV3. It was the worst movie ever. They should do more research.

Ok, I think i need to go.
I'll be posting more later on.
And i'm out.

Salam Maulidur Rasul to all Muslims of the world.
It's the birthday of the Last Prophet, Muhammad SAW.

Land of the Rising Sun, for a change

Salam et bonjour,

WARNING, PLEASE SKIP THIS POST IF YOU DISLIKE ANYTHING IN REGARDS OF ANIME AND SUCH COZ IT CONTAINS A WHOLE BUNCH OF THEM! AND NO ECCHI, OR YAOI ANIME FOR SURE.
Hehehehe.

How come the bad one is always the hotter one?
This is pointing to Aizen-sama!
And the captain with best Zanpaktou to end early?
This is pointing to Hitsugaya Toushiro-sama. T_T
For manga, Bleach has ended with the mystery of disappearance of Rukia-sama, and Ichigo has lost his powers, but I have just reached the part where Urahara-san and Tsukabishi-san has been demoted from the Captains ranking in Soul Society *am still curious about Ichigo's dad to have secret similar to Ichigo's*. Still, a long way to go to Ep 300+.

Anyway,
Recently, had the chance of watching Durarara!
One of the shounen anime that I stuck watching. It was being introduced by fellow
nerdfighters and the people in the Otaku.fm.
So far the story line is interesting. I guess the main character would be Celty, the Black Biker
that is in the search of her head. Yes, you read it right, she is headless. So how do she talks? She doesn't, she texts. I guess, she would be thankful for the invention of BBM, or any smartphones. I think that she is a lost soul that is still looking for her head since her head has been chopped off back in the 14th Century or so. In the current time, she helps these group of people; The Dollar, a colourless underground mafia. The group has been recruited by a simple text message saying 'Do you want to join Dollar?'. I'm still in the early episodes to judge anything else. But, i noticed a character of a girl, that Seiji always stalks and calls her 'my love' seemed to be off somehow. Let's just wait till what would happened next.

While, Gosick; which means 'gothic' in Japanese.
It's just the Eng-rish that they did.
So far, it has the sense of Sherlock Holmes-y feel or Detective Conan *since a kid solves the murder except there is no disguise* as it is about investigating murder cases back in the time where women wears dress like Mary Poppins and men wear coat like waiters/penguins with one rounded glasses on one eye; to be exact in the 1924. Victorique is the crime solver while Kujo Kazuya is an exchange Japanese student that met Victorique at the roof of the building in the school that ends up to be her sidekick. The anime is still on going in Japan.
At the same time, there is Kimi Ni Todoke,Second Season *the cute Sawako and Kazehaya pairing FTW!!!* But, I think that i'll wait for the whole season to complete then i'll watch 'em in one shot without waiting to know what happen in the next episode in one week time. *Have the same feeling currently while waiting for the best quality size of Athena, btw, Sung Jung Woo runs pretty funny.*

And also finished watching both BECK and House of Five Leaves.
It took me a while to finish both anime-s. I can say BECK WAS THE BEST.
I even got their OST. Basically, the anime is about a group of guys were trying to sell out their music to the crowd of Japan, and in fact to the US *sound similar to Pop Shuvit's. :) *. However, along the way, there were involvement of Lucille, the guitar Ryousuke 'owns', the death of a singer and Dying Breed. One of the most memorable moment in the anime would be Koyuki sang 'I Got A Feeling' *originally by The Beatles* that brought the group back onto the stage of a backpack-kind of concert*remembers K-on instantly as they experience the same thing*; The Greatful Sounds. The songs that i think stuck in my head would be 'Moon on the Water', 'My World Down', & 'Big Muff'. It's been awhile i've been listening to such genre. I used to and still am a fan of Ellegarden that i end up downloaded their discography. Now they form a new band, The Hiatus, but it seems that the impact isn't the same as their days in the Ellegarden. And recently i listen and tracking down FujiFabric discography. Man, it's been so long I've been listening to these groups after being devoted too much to K-Pop.

And so Nintendo 3ds is about to release in Japan market.
So, does it mean that everything in the vid comes in package?
I apologize for those who have known me long enough,
i have been a total fan of this person ever since his Kindaichi days.
:)

Can I have this poster?
The style of the drawings of this illustrationist reminded me of Samurai Jack.
I think I miss Cartoon Network.
Huhu.

P/S :
It is rumoured that other than Justin Bieber, Bruno Mars and Maroon 5,
COLDPLAY
will be coming down.
SAY WHAT?
When and where are still unknown.

ART-sy FART-sy THING

Wednesday, December 1, 2010

Salam et bonjour,
How's it going people?
Hope everyone is doing allright!~
For the past few weeks i had fully dedicate myself to my
hermit-ness of life that i lost of contact to some people.
Totally cut-off from FB or twitter.
I'm still not sure of making comeback with twitter coz i once was annoyed
with my twitterdeck. From there onwards, i've stopped my twitter-ing.
Plus i know all these are truly addicted in my case that i have the tendency of keeping opening and reading twitters, reply them, updating such nonsense.
For now i just open the respective twitter that i really read.
D Choi's, WFP, Joker's *blushes*.
Yeah, LOSER for me for not updating my twitter, but I don't care. At least I know
my boundaries of addictions.
XD

At a moment i did say to myself:
I wasn't supposed to be updating blog,
I wasn't supposed to be out and watch movie,
And i wasn't supposed to be eating out and goofed around.
And yet, i did all.
And at that 'aha!' moment, i did say 'effe it.I need distractions for awhile.'
So, yeah i had eat out at Sushi Zanmai at One Utama.
Just to get the feel of a new place to enjoy sushi, after a friend wanted to have sushi.
I was sooo full after taking my breakfast + lunch + dinner meal.
I had the KatsuDon which comes in two sizes;Regular and Large, and i took the Large one.
Boy, was i wrong that half-way i felt like the guy in the MAN VS FOOD tries to finish his
meal halfway through when he hits the danger-full stomach-zone.
However, i won, food lost. Hehehe.
Yeah, the place is pretty nice, so japanese-y-like. I was impressed by the chef that use the burner that most people used to make creme brulee which they burn the brown sugar on top.
yeah, i don't know the name.
Like any other Japanese restaurants, they have refillable green tea that costs you RM1.00.
It didn't have the burnt or too bitter taste.
Was happy all the way.
I guess Sushi Zanmai has the feel like Nippon Tei *the one in KLCC*.
But a little cheaper. To be honest, i still *heart* Nippon Tei.
It reminded me that Nippon Tei has the enormous hamburger steak complete set meal that i still can envision clearly. I'm still waiting for a time i get my
own paycheck to eat there again. Someday... i guess.
Oh, BTW, I apologize of not having any images of food as i totally barged into the food once it has been served. As well, as my other 3 comrades.
After binging our meal, we went for a Malay movie,'Ngangkung'.
At first i didn't know what the heck is the title means until i actually watched it.
It's just about the three Malay guys that gambles using numbers; which is
still happening in the nation. So, it's just a way of the movie-maker jokingly show the culture and
give a common valuable lessons that can be found in high school textbooks.

Anyway, here again I'm making reviews.
:3
I've recently and still watching a reality show;
Work of Art by Sarah Jessica Parker.
I discovered this show while i was browsing for another show i wanted to watch.
Once i got to see the first episode, I was blown away.
It's a world of art where you only have a whole bunch of art supplies*from different sizes of canvases and brushes, and hardware tools* and you.
There are no obligations or other stuff, and all you have to do is do art.
*I'm staring at my own canvas, asking when will my time to draw mine after been sitting on the cupboard. Should i do it, this break?*
As much as i hate reality, it is in the end a competition for
Art showcase at Brooklyn Museum.
*Can it be like u just live in the world where you only do work? An the most relevant answer that a rightful mind person once gave me that "do you want to end up like Picasso that you end up being broke till the end and when you're dead, your art possession would be most valuable than you were alive? "
It's like watching project runway except it's art.
To be more crazy, Phillips De Pury is their Tim Gunn if you know what i mean,
their mentor.I know Phillips as one of the art enthusiasts that he collects art and have his own gallery and company in managing art all over the world. He loves art since he was 12. That doesn't make sense for some as most of us were running around like maniac and make stupid jokes, and this guy spends most of his time reading art encyclopedia or go to art museums.
I think i'd die if i see him in front of me. Nope, just kidding.
I'll be stuttering all the way, and be quiet as i could be.
Along the show, the artists i'm really impressed in this show
are ABDI and MILES.
Both clashes with each other but somehow they can work it.
Miles is the quiet artist that loves quiet, subtle and discreet art, and his characteristics are the best that i could totally understand. The best quote he ever said was "I'm ok as long as i get to do art, give me food and some time to nap". Yes, he's a sleepy-cat. He actually read Frankenstein book for four hours just to understand who and what is Frankenstein. And in an hour, he succeeded in making a bad-ass book cover for the book for PENGUIN.
So far, that i have watched, his most outstanding art in my opinion is in the episode AUDI(05), the one he did a space with the title "UNTITLED" *cliche*.
While ABDI, is more to the loud, wacky approach. I like his first subject, the self-portrait. His choices of colours are pretty loud and vibrant. I like his piece in the episode one; his painting of the narcissist RYAN. His Improvised Explosive Device(IED) sculpture is the best by far that impresses me much. However, i like JOHN's book cover for time traveler. Unfortunately, he was out in the next episode. Along this show, i have understood the diffferences between east and west perceptions of art. I think that westerners are more to open-ness, whereas asians are still bound to traditional, culture & religion. There this one episode which a photographer did shock me with his exhibition with his bold statements. He had the christ inside a red jar of pee and the menstrual blood. That was the only episode that i fast forwarded since too much exposure.

Okay, enough of blabber. I think i only am covering one series for now.
Huhu!~ I'll keep posting later.
:)

Off to my old-time playground.
And i think I'll have back-ache later on

Current mood : Feeling awake
Currently listening to: Treshold 8-Bit :) Sound so-mario-ish in the 90s, but loving it to bits
*Under My Thumb, reminded me of Jimi Hendrix which i'm still puzzled why?*

It's The You-Tube Era,y'all.

Salam et bonjour,
What's up people!~

Finally!~ I have the chance of updating my blog.
Huhu!~

It's the end of me of watching 'The Amazing Race'(AR).
Huhu!~
Don't get me wrong that i watch everything but, I don't really watch everything.
I just watch anything that is under recommendations or by my own consciences.
I only watch the season 17 is because of Kevin and Michael Wu.
Yerp, sorry for AR fans, I'm being bias for them only.
I have been a fan Kevin or known as Kev Jumba in Youtube ever since i have watched 'Funemployed' featuring him and Phil of WFP.
Since then, i followed him and other bunch of Youtube stars.
But ep O7, they were out, due to breaking some rules.
It was sad, then the next week, Mallory & Dad were out of the race.
They were my last hope to win, and now i'm changing my game plan by having another
best couple to bet on; the Doctors.
Still crossing the fingers for them.*Geehhh, still pissed on Jumba group being kicked out of the league*

Haa, watched the current Glee.
OHMAIGOD!!!~~~
GWENNETH PALTROW IS BACK!!!!
Yes, I like her and her actings.
And yeah, the latest ep is DAEBAK!!!~
The songs are sooo epic!~
And yes, Gossip Girl has Tim Gunn, Ivanka Trump and DVF!~
How superb this seasons of series can be.
The Good Wife as well has started.
But, 2ne1 TV season 2 has ended.
As well as WongFu Production has ended but has started their fall tour in the States.

Speaking of Youtube Stars, I have stumbled on another group
of Production House.
The JubileeProject.
It's started with Jason alone, then comes his brother Eddie and friend, Eric.
It's a production house that creates videos for fund-raising.
They did fund-raising by counting the video views for each video costs 20 to 30 cents per view.
So far they did a lot of funds and getting positive results with a lot of money.
They also did some collaborations with ordinary people to come up with ideas to fund-raise.
I remember watching a young lady cut hair for a charity organization, by donating the hair and created a rave in the internet to do the same,
then there is also "Sweets for Streets" raise Sweet Cube Philly, a company that sells treats via a dessert truck. I think it's the best deeds ever.
Giving sweets to a stranger to make others a better day.
:)

I am currently listening to Far Eat Movement.
The first time i heard bout them was when Fast & Furious:Tokyo Drift era.
It waas long time ago...I know.Hahaha.
Not in the movie, but in the OST. Their song was 'Round Round'.
*Was really crazy on Kazzer from Italian Job Soundtrack at the same time*
That was the time I started to love their beat. :)
Then, after awhile, I heard about them back when they debuted in the International Secret Agent (I.S.A.) Concert. Since then, their songs were used multiple times in various famous series. The first was Gossip Girl Season 2/3. I can't recall on which episode.
FM has conquered the iTunes chart for weeks ever since they released their famously
"Like A G6". And was being labeled as one of the best Indie group that conquered iTunes and Billboard for weeks.
That explains why the national radios has put with the song in the radio.
Anyway, was happy for their next single that they collab with Ryan Teddy of One Republic.
Before they released the mv, I knew that the song would be a hit.
a)Since Ryan is a seriously good singer and the best collab with anyone
b)The beat and the lyrics are superb, the beginning though the MV is a bit...err...okay I guess.
So, here are three totally different versions that I love to share with everyone.
I love all of these guys!~
The Original
The Acoustics Duo that keeps Looping in my list
A bunch guys doing the spoof that bring me to tears of laughing like hell

Oh, i got a shirt from a fellow friend-slash-roommate.
She went to the AFAX(The Anime Fest Asia) in Spore.
She went there for a day.
Unfortunately she didn't get the chance to go to the SCANDAL since it's later at night.
I didn't get the chance to go since i got my MUET exam, and yes, my elders
wouldn't let me. They actually freeze every activity that i tried to get on or constant negotiation t due to my FINAL year.
*That is another reason i think my final year is like hell, less hobby-like activities. Only restrictions for work. Gaaahhh.I know my life is boring, there's no need to inform that again*
But, i got myself a souvenir, a ANISONG shirt from her.
The only singer that i truly like is NOPE, NOT AKB48. [=.="],
but Scandal.
Yeah, the JROCK all girls group. Their songs are quite nice. I knew about them ever since in the
K-On OST. Then, my friend tole me about they doing the Op of Bleach
*Yeah, it was like long ago they did the Op and i just discovered since i'm still stuck at 100 something episode [>.<]* I've seen a K-On game in PSP!~ But I don't have a PSP. I think i'll try to insert the game inside my nephew's PSP once he got the hands of his own. :P I'll snap a pic of the shirt in the next post. She said it's the best shirt in the fest since K-on shirt has sold out. There were Haruhi's shirt, but i'm not a fan of hers. Her last resort was to buy Anisong, though i'm not so a fan of any anisongs. Just a few. So, ok I think i'm out for a moment. :P Thinking of watching marathon of F&F, and Italian Job the Oldies and the MarkWahlberg, Charlize Theron's version. Out, anyeong! Salam Aidiladha!~
To all Muslims around the world!~ This week, what did you sacrifice for? Welcoming a fellow friend/roommate in the blogging world!~
Another Cat Lover

Current mood : Feeling a bit down while hearing the takbir
Currently listening to : Stay Together *in commemorating the end of 2NE1 tv season 2*

College shopping (again), anyone?

Salam et bonjour,
I think i'm updating my blog every end of the week.
But this actually a late post by a week.
Huhu!~

This is my late October loot that i got from down south.
:P
Well, everything except the "my poly, my choice!" booklet!~

I met with my elder sisters and her two children.
Had a rush like a mad person in two malls in one day.
Tropikana Mall, and IKANO Power Centre.
Was studying stove for my next uni project. So, I went to all shops that offers
different types stoves to study.
Bu, I couldn't test out their cooker at Harvey Norman since they didn't plugged in the plugs.
So, I couldn't study the buttons and stuff.
Oh well, Thank God for YouTube!
XD

After craving for the good, finally i had some.
We ate at Vivo American Pizza & Panini Restaurant.
I can say all of them are delicious.
It was the first attempt of gamble of eating at the place.
Something new, but loving the food.
The portion is quite big and heavy that i think that i was full until the next morning.
I thought of 'visiting' yogurt bar for dessert, but i had no space left for yogurt after the meal.
The service is also okay as we asked the waiter a lot of question and he answered them calmly and with smile.

My already 1/2 glass of Cappuccino Charm & Baked Pasta

The Panini-es of the kids

Power Juice, and I'm not sure which kind of Chicken Rice, but it sure tastes good for the elder.

Got to read the Honey Hunt manga!~ It's an exchange thingy.
Waiting for the 6th to come out.
Hehehe.
Now, i'm waiting for my next trip to Kino for a 'Bloody Monday', 'Usagi Drop' & yeah,
felt like trying to buy 'Scott Pilgrim'comic, *wants Gente the 2nd & 3rd, but i need to book through Amazon, which i'm not fond of since i don't own any cards yet.* I think the comic looks kind of cool.
I guess if I buy, it's another America comic i have bought. There were 2 comics that i bought
but i can't recall the names. It has been sitting in the case at home for ages.
I have read it, it's like rockstar and zombies comic, more indie style than the conventional ones.
Oh, and I need to do jacketing of the comics to prevent from termites at the stairs from eating them.

My niece has finished her ARABIC exams, and now concentrating on her O-Levels.
Next year is a big year for her. And yet, she has started to shop for colleges to continue her
studies. She wanted to study astronomy and aerospace (Physics all the way which i can't find myself to fit in with it, the least subject in school).
That is why there is a booklet inside my loot picture.
I read the booklet, it was pretty impressive, and I have seen the place before when I rode the MRT with her to go to Orchard Road for an art exhibition. Boy, it was near her home and *well-expected* the poly was hella cool enough that it is as big as our uni. Can you imagine they have a
Fairprice Mart *one of big mart names in Spore*, Giordano Outlet and Gloria Jeans in campus.
Her dad asked to live in the campus, and i responded..."pfftt". The distance between her home and campus was like within one bus only that is only like 15 minutes. From my POV, it's such a waste stay in campus since your home is sooo near. She just laughed at my responds saying that she gave the same to her dad. And it is JUST a poly!~ I don't know what to expect if it's the uni.
I'm hoping to seek inside NUS. It must be cool to be apart of the uni. I know the rowers there are quite fit. I just want to know where did they practice rowing.
Seen them rowed back in 2008 UNITEN Rowing Competition for Single.
But I know an art uni there has the coolest architectures rather than any Art Uni/School in Asia.
I think the next visit next year is the real deal of college shopping for her.
Anyone interested to join in that journey?

While I was thinking about shopping for colleges for my niece,
my sister popped a question.
"Where will you work later on?"
I did think about it before.
I think everyone in the family will kill me if i'll say that i want to work
at the ART Museum back in my hometown.
I know it sounds it's a safe zone, but it is something that i think I miss the most.
Being apart of the art materials as in acrylics, linseed oils and charcoal smudge on the arm and shirt.
I have also the thought of working in Kinokuniya.
Are you kidding me, it hella fun?
It's one of my list of jobs,
Everyday, you'll be surrounded by books. And i think you can read some of the books while
in the job since some of the job requires you to make reviews. How's that for a living?
Recently, they open vacancies for part-timers for uni students.
It was a pity. Uni and Kino is like faraway. The paycheck only will cover my transportation fees only if i were to work there.
But, the truth is haven't thought of the future, yet.
It's either i'll deal with i grab is what i'll do, or i'll try and search for some vacancies somewhere.
Which reminded me that composing a portfolio hasn't started yet.
[=.="]
So, my answer to my sister was,
"Nah, I haven't thought about it yet." And that conversation ends there.
:)

My niece has given a new nickname for the Justin Bieber Fever;
"Biever that pronounce as beaver".
For a moment or two their song "Baby" was okay, but after hearing multiple times, both of us felt like barfing. It happened when we were at Tropikana Mall. A shop there kept on looping the same "Baby" song.
=.="

Out for now.
Anyeonghiseyo

Current mood : All hyped up
Currently listening to : Hatsune Miku live concerts *yeah the Brits are pretty disturbed by the 3d-star idols of Hatsune Miku, the Kagamines, and Luka*

The Holiday Breakaway

Friday, October 22, 2010

Salam et bonjour,

Whaaddduuuppp?

I'm back and yet in a new academic year.
And in a new trimester.
A long trimester one.

=.="

So, what happened during the looonnnggg break?
A lot of things happened. It was one of the bittersweet h
olidays that i have been longing
for so long during my studies
.

*photo is taken from tJantek web blog*

Yeah, had lots of coffee when i went back home. A few cafes, well not cafe...more li
ke kopitiam, as they are more laidback style, where people hang out with friends and family without worrying if you wear the wrong types of clothes. I would feel awkward especially when lunch times come as i would only wear my simple shirt and jeans while the others were dressed in proper smart looking clothes.*gaaahhh!! I would either just look at one direction or i just play around with the tableware to avoid any contacts with surrounding*
The best place for me to enjoy my caffeine intake is tJantek Bistro.
So, every year, at least once or twice i would spent a few hours there, talking and drinking coffee with my mum and my sister, or even my sister and i would entertain people who come to our hometown for this cafe-slash-bistro-slash-the art people of Kuantan-meet-up.
I don't really bother to talk with them since they're the top people. And i don't want to get into any art trouble later on or i'll get lectured. =.=".
I can see that most of the crowd that goes there are young adults and some elderly people that seek new place to hang out with each other.
Well, i just go there for the sake of the drinks.
All the drinks, food are delicious.

The deco is super awesome as the building is an old building.
It was a pre-war building that the owner preserved.
Some of the stuff is like pre-historic; it has the same cupboard *except that refurbished a bit* like grandmum's and put some other art cool stuff in it.
It's hardly to find some place to seek sometimes in Kuantan that is quiet an
d get hidden from other people. For me, the place is where i wish to be everytime it rains. Since decor + ambiance are quite dark-ish, if there is rain, the zinc rooftop flows the water to thesmall man made aquarium that sounds like fountain. thajazz+bossa nova songs are everywhere, all the coffee has the same standard as Starbucks, but much cheaper *How's that? It's locally well-made* The owner is really nice, she's a family friend and the husband is an architecture lecturer at a college and a part-time artist.
I love most of his paintings though they're abstract, but the choices of colours are interesting. I think these kinds of place should be more in Kuantan.

:)

I can't recall the name of the drink,
but something that is mocha, it has the taste of bitter like cocoa and some coffee.
But it tastes really gewd!~ :)

I also had some cooking being done. My house got noisier again when my nephew and his wife plus their son came, *yeah, you might feel weird, how the hell i got a nephew that has a son already, i'll tell later if i have space and time* This time around, i have learnt how to cook Mee Soto. First time attempt.
The best part is that, the things that compliment Mee Soto other than the usual are lightly fried crabs as well as prawns.
I was happily smiling while eating them. It's been awhile i felt the warmth of eating at the huge table with my family. I rarely get that feeling since it has been the three of us most of the time.
All i can say, at least i could see some huge smiles on some other faces to gladly see each other.
:)

Mee Soto and other dishes

Ze crab.
*I think my mum put the Jaw's card at
the crab's claw without me knowing*

So, now, i'm about to talk about my complicated family.

Yerp, my family is complicated and huge.
Which means that both my mum & my dad's side are extremely huge.
I am bad with names and faces that i am the furthest in the family or people calls me
the lost child *anak sesat*. Imagine after 12 years not getting a child, and suddenly a baby pops out in the vagina.
I guess i can imagine my mum's phrase that time, firstly, would say "Alhamdulillah, another child." But, somehow at the back of mind i would also think my mum would also say something like "What the hell?"
I would just laughed at that idiotic thoughts.

My instant grandson,Alif.R.
He's half Chinese, half Malay.
He doesn't speak Chinese which is quite pity.

You must be weird i have a nephew with a son that calls me grandma *tokchu as im the youngest in my siblings*
There was this one time when my elder sister saw the grandson called her *tokchik;she's the third in the family*in the middle of midvalley megamall.
Well, all i can say that my family is quite big. It's not only consists of a pair of parents
and other 5.
Both my mum and my dad have a pretty huge family. It started from generations before
when there were terms like one mother, different dads, then one mother one dad, and etc etc etc.
When raya comes and everyone gathers, i would get headaches. Even, when my dad passed away, they would come up to me and asked if i remember some of them, and as usual, i would be the ones like *huh?*
My dad is the last in the family of 3, but *there's a but* he has other siblings from other dad or mum that made the family bigger.
That is why i have cousins that is almost the age of my mum and nephews or nieces that's older or similar age with my siblings. And now i have 'instant' grand children. How's that? I remember of having one part of family that have 16 siblings.
I also have another family that is both my parents related to that have 10 children. Same the 10 children are my cousins that's far older than me. And the best part is that one of my cousins child that is my nephew actually studies under the same uni, under the same faculty and has graduated last august that i didn't know exists. I didn't know which one since their faces are similar.
XD
The smaller family is the second cousins.
They're just the family 5 siblings. They're the hip family since their age is around my siblings age.
While the youngest in the family is younger than me by two years.
They're the happy and full of laughter crowd that we always meet whenever we can and i can say they're the far gorgeous bunch compare to me *well, i choose not to since i'm considering i'm under-age, and haven't earn any own expenses*
There are other family members that i can't recall.
Yet, recently, i've missed one of the best raya open house that my sister got the chance to go.
It's like a huge family gathering.
Surprisingly, there is a picture my sister took of my mum and her cousin side by side. If people wouldn't know, they looked similar they would be mistakenly be like sisters. That family is beyond complicated that i don't or can't compute in my mind because it involves bigger people.
I think the current one is complicated than ever.

I'm just imagining if my sister gets married, 80% of the wedding crowd are my family and the rest family's friends and neighbors.

So, how about yours? Do you have a crowded family as mine?

Ok, I'm off to settle off some of my homework.
Will post another one again.
About some other stuff i did during the holidays.
See you soon.

Current mood : Subtle as the weather is *it's breezy after rain feel* This is the time i want my caffeine!
Currently listening to : Rocketeer *one of the best colab ever by FEM!*

Is it pot of EMAS at the end of Proton's rainbow?

Wednesday, March 10, 2010

Salam et bonjour,

It's Wednesday already.
Another half to go before school's starting again.
Haha!
Oh, well, need to speed up in everything I'm doing right now.
Work, work and work like there is no tomorrow.
And that reminded me that i haven't made any calls yet on some
people.
Oh SSSHHHOOOTTTT!~
Monday's coming soon!!!

Not much of info about the outside world since i can't or rarely watch any
news except when i'm out at the mamak stall or at the
foodcourt downstairs.
But, i know Proton Malaysia has produced a concept car called "EMAS",
the abbreviation of "Eco Mobility Advance Solution".
Both exterior and interior of the car left people especially in Geneva Motorshow
with the impressed look as the design more likely to be pro-Europe.
I can say it's a sleek design.
Loves the front part, but it looks better in orange rather than silver though.
And it works with hybrid engine,
but it can work with the Internal Combustion Engine.
*crossing fingers here*
And for all the iPhone owners would love this as there is the iPhone docking
inside the car.
*How about other phone users? HTC or BB owners or just the regular Nokia owners?*
Kudos for the designers and engineers.
But, i'm being skeptical if it comes in mass produce later on,
since the word concept car which means it's still a prototype and maybe or maybe not be in the market.
Usually japanese car companies love to do concept cars like Nissan and it's Urge*the XbBox intergrated joystick (as the stering) and stuff* and Che Det's blog entry of the latest saying it may come in various versions. For the Urge, it will never be out soon enough to convince the ADULTS of XBox lovers nor Nissan fans.
Will EMAS be out soon? Like the ones we see in Geneva?
But, if it's done, i'll be sure that it will be the new era for Proton and i guess it will be
a massive recovery from the massive downfall before.
:)

Then, finally Epik High has released it's latest album. Yeay!
The album is awesome and i just can't stop listen to it from the beginning till
the end. I even put it on LOOP.
On the first few hours they released it, it marked as #20 in iTunes, and by the end of
the day, it got #1 spot for HipHop album and until today the spot seems not changing.
All the tracks are fantastic and they release the first single, RUN.
The teasers and the MV are SICK!
The boys of Infinite*The 'sons' of Epik High* also got the limelight in the MV.
Haa...i miss DJ Tukutz.
One of my usual sites, it has been anounced,
together with Leessang, 2AM and Clazziquai, they'll
be having a YOUTUBE streaming concert in SEOUL this march 20th 7pm which
will be the same date and time for the SuJu concert.
Why can't it be the next day? Why must it be the same day?
T_T

Current mood : Laying back with papers around me
Currently listening : Dare * Gorillaz finally made debut again! Love the new album as well,
but the MV feat Bruce Willis...mouth sealed*

Random saying:
I need my own inspiration board
Freaking out right here!!!
I dreamt of weird things lately
I miss my mum and home

Salam et bonjour,

Another day of holiday. Feels like the mid trimester break, but then, it's not.
It's just the Chinese New Year break.
=.="

Today, i went to KLCC to look for some stuff.
Boy, it was sea of people.
Didn't get any chance to go for some clothes hunting.
I easily get impatient with crowd of people sometimes and gets double impatient
if i'm on empty stomach. It's a normal thing.

Anyway, i went to my usual bookstore to check out some books.
Couldn't care less about manga for the time being.
Went up straight to the magzines and headed upstairs w/o stopping at any other section.
I'm in the therapy of differentiating between 'want' and 'need' in life.
Haha.
Finally, i bought the usual magazines; Stuff, T3.
Did not buy The Edge coz have bought it last time. And a book.
This book.

The image is by artland

Quite inspiring for sketching. Mainly the sketches are pencil, pen and photoshop sketching.
But, still all of the sketchings are top-notch, that is wha expected when your dealing with the europeans and professionals. One of the best sketch book in town for now.
I guess i'll be changing the route from Kinokuniya to Borders the Garden as the books there are more and varriety. The last time i went, it was an eye candy. Hehehe.

Now, i'm feeling a bit disturbed due to my pc that can be called 'crashed' or nearly 'crashed'.
Thought of some file missing in windows xp.
I'm waiting for wednesday to come for me to go to Tropikana Mall *loves the mall because it's small, yet full of cool shops; a) a LEGO shop b) Kitschen c) There is an art bookstore- lots of product/graphic design books d) Soap Bar * to check
what's up with the pc. I did not make any back up since the night before it
broke down, nothing happened. Nothing flickered, or sounded weird.
Hmm... Hopefully, they can retrieve the missing file back.
Currently using the sister's laptop to do the light work.
=.="

A lot of questions keeps popping in my mind during this short holiday.
Mostly about my last draw before heading the new trimester.

Is it possible? Can i do it? Will it be worth it? Will i be okay with it? Can i survive on the way? Can i cope with the results? Will i be able to face it?

Oh, well. I'm just hoping for positive impact soon and
some encouragement or more to say...
seeing some beam of light shining at the end of the tunnel.

Alright. I'm out for now.
Roger and out.
:P

Current mood : just plain sleepy

Salam et bonjour,

It felt like a long time of NOT writing.
Stayed away from the life of writing for a while.
Oh well, nothing been buzzing around.

Movies
Went for a movie...or two.
:P
Watched 'Pisau Cukur' and 'Phobia 2'
Both movies were worth the money paying.
Thumbs up for both.
Loves the catchy phrases like 'Panas' , 'Oh Dianne Von Furstenberg' *salut to Fazura for pronouncing the name under one breathe in parfait.
Phobia 2 is a Thailand horror movie. It's quite unusual to find me in the cinema watching horror movies, you know?
While Phobia 2 isn't the continuation from 4bia. This time 5 different horror mini series.
Again the directors never fail to impress me. *Do believe in KARMA, or you'll be in it...well, everyone does, with or without doubt*
Well, tq to Wanie squared. Hehehe!~ And sorry Waniey about the 'Time Traveller's Wife' incident.
But it was worth it right?
XP
It's been awhile watching movie with them, i could say almost 2 years ago we went for a movie.
So, since i was free and haven't been around them, i decided to watch with them. I guess that would be my last movie marathon for now.
Back to the Hermit cave.

J-World
After Korea has 'invaded' my 'life', I'm back with my Nihon world.
:)
I'm back to watching J-dramas and Anime.
I watched Kimi Ni Todoke.
I LMAO on the first ep.
There are parts of Sawako in me.
:)
Instead of Kazehaya, i like Ryuu more.
Am also attached to My Girl (TV Asahi) played by Aiba Masaki!!!
It's been awhile watching A ARASHI acting.
:)
And...LIAR GAME HAS STARTED!
And guess who's in it this time other than Toda Erika and Matsuda Shota?
Rinko Kukichi!~
She's the one being the deaf and mute in Babel.
It was her stepping stone in the Hollywood scene. Love her act.
The next movie she'll be in is the 'Norwegian Wood' based on my favourite author, Haruki Murakami book on the title itself (Good combo). Can't wait for it.
Then, i'm hooked on 'Ohitorisama'.
Hopefully, would not turn out to be like her.
And lastly, REAL CLOTHES.
KARINA finally made debut, and being act as a plain young lady.
She looks fine in black hair.
Huhu!~

School
How's everyone in school?
Been good?
...
Tough and trying to cope with the expenses.
Hahaha!~ Bahana jadik budak art. Biasala.
Got into RP class. Played with polly puty and hardener.
The ones that you see to seal the cracks on cars. Yerp, i learn to use those stuff.
But, instead of using it at cars *thinking of experimenting on own car. Hehehe*
Not that i learnt how to repair the cracks on cars. The basics are also being used to create prototype.
Will post the picture when i have the time to take it.
The process is carve it on foam, put polly puty and hardener on it, bake it, sand it, put more polly puty to cover the holes, bake it, sand it with finest sand paper, bake it again and spray it and bake and spray.
And you have your prototype almost done.
:P
It's a LLOOONNGG PROCESS...
This week, we'll be submitting the digital photoframe. Hopefully, my photoframe will be interpreted as a photoframe and not anything else.
:P
While my ID class, never been easy.
But, it's a one day job. Everything has been done by the end of the day.
Felt like working in the REAL field.
AND it 'tasted' like the sketch challenge that i have been reading a lot from the forums
i have joined.
The sketch challenge is much tougher as you have to produce your own idea,
whereas
in class we have the subject to draw.
Giving salutations to those participate.
Well, that is something to feel a bit of a relief...the least

Homey home
Well, my sister has finally moved out.
Surely will miss her and the kids.
I heard that the kids are taking ENTRY exam.
It's been awhile since i heard the phrase ENTRY EXAM.
I guess i'll be heading back to my hometown for the weekend once in awhile like i used to
rather than going back to KL coz it will be pointless since there will be no one around.
But, by Xmas, i guess i'll be heading to a new place rather than home...hopefully.
:P
Speaking of home, i'm ready to pack my bags...AGAIN.
It's the wedding to attend. FINALLY.
In need to get it done, and come back here and settle everything up ASAP.
Huhu!~
It's a craze actually.
What do you expect when :
School holiday + Money + Serious relationship = Wedding
?
which also equals to TOTAL sacrifice for people around you.
Hopefully it will be a splendid one.
And THANK YOU for not being chosen as the bridesmaid.
*if there isn't any plan changed...yet*
XP
I guess i'll be browsing around the place, then rather static at one place.

I want to eat at TJANTEK.
:(
Sipping the oversize Iced Coffee glass that as tall as 25 cm and as width as a baby's face
talking crap or art stuff all night long.

Ok, i guess i'm out for now.
Can't wait for home,TV,bed and card reader.
Haha!~

BYE
SALAM
Random saying:
I want to go to the class trip too :'(
I've seen and heard unpleasant things that i am fond of
I guess it's the beginning of the end...again
I'm wishing on the shower of shooting stars
I guess i miss the OLD me.

Current mood : Staring at the luggage on top of the cupboard and on bed with RP work
Currently listening to : My Style, Moi Je Joue *Dior! Dior! Ms Dior darling!~*
and One Republic album *never been bored though it went on loop numerous times. Alert to 'Apologize',Prodigal,Say and Won't Stop.*

Salam et bonjour,

Yerp, back in the scene of uni life.
2 weeks of break from the cyberspace and uni.
And still bummed on my toe.
It IS still purple color.
Was thinking of taking out the nail, but my mum forbade it.
Oh well, i could just zipped my mouth up.
And ended up, i would be pissed when i look at THE toe.
=.="

Things that i have done during the 2 weeks break:

Books.
Finished reading a few books, but struggling to finish the Design for Disability .
It's unlike the usual book i have read. This one is heavier.
More to the understanding the different perspective towards disabilities
and the different meaning between handicap and disability.
Quite a good reading though.

Having marathons of animes, movies and series.
Been watching BLEACH until ep 167. Yeah, i'm quite slow due to my lack of time for anime
*but for korea dramas. :P *
Watched the Nodame In Paris. Huhu!~ Wishing it not to end.
I'm wondering what will the outcome of the drama version? :)
FINALLY, i'm done with the movie 'I Love My Sister'. In rational mind = sick. In romance = romantic sick. Haha! Just giving credit to Jun-King.
Watched 'My Fair Lady'. Jumping in between eps. Once again, Yoon Eun-Hye did not dissapoint me with her act after her debut in Coffee Prince. Jung Il Woo has matured from his Unstoppable High Kick and Return of Iljimae!!! Hahaha!~
Watched the Music Bank. Man, Malaysia's Music Bank KBS is SSOO late.
Last Tuesday, i watched the 3rd week of September. And if i'm not mistaken, Kim Tae Woo is the winner of the chart for this month.
Also watched 2d1n and Happy Together. :)

Wedding.
Went to my mum's relative's wedding. Can't explain how the relaltion is because it is too complicated to even understand and to write. Unfortunately, there wasn't any Opor. Just like other normal wedding. Then, being introduced to some new people. The people that has been raising with my elder siblings long before i existed. It was more than 21 years before. Haha!
Then, seen my cousin's wedding preparation. I was amazed, full stop. Haha!~

Canvas.
Did a bit, but could not finish it. My colour ran out. Will continue it when the other break comes.

Chores.
Did the normal stuff. Nothing to say.

Well, that is practically what i have done for the past two weeks. Less than i should have done. Due to the TOE. Less movement. =.="
But i was glad as more things that need not of walking more, could be accomplished.
Now, i'm ready to buy new books. I'm still looking for my missing GG book. I don't want to end up buy another one. Oh, yeah, I'm on my way to the middle part of Tash Aw's first novel,The Harmony Silk Factory. Glad to say that i managed to read it without my eyes getting watery and red. The font is around 8/9, same like the LOTR early edition book.

Something to share with.
The current prince of my song list.

out for now.
See you again.
Salam.
